Marrabel Rodeo grounds S.A, the home of Curio, was the gathering place on April 29th, 2018 for 123 horses, riders and backups involved with the annual 10 Day Ride.

The first two nights were spent at the grounds with the comforts of amenities and a great get together pub BBQ.  We rode along roads, tracks, over hills and through farming land. The second camp was a one night stay at Point Pass and another amazing pub meal.

Riding over beautiful hills, with some amazing views was the move to the very old town of Robertstown, where the riders rode up the main street.  the 15 children of the school and local onlookers were excited to see the horses.

The next camp was at Rodda Farm for two nights with memorable wombat holes, with the final four nights at Charcol Pit, again spoilt with the comforts of home.  Riding was along the mainly dry spring-fed Burra Creek, making for some great photos.

Thanks go to the hard workers for organising the 33rd 10 Day Ride.  Overall it was pretty good weather, great raffles, the 3-course dinner and band, awards, the mateships, and farewells, ended another year.

Money raised this year went to RFDS, Robertstown and Marrabel CFS, Marrabel Rodeo Grounds and community groups.
